Effective June 02, 2025, Iowa will be using Fieldprint to conduct the fingerprinting and federal criminal history checks. Iowa's Department of Licensing will conduct the state criminal history check utilizing the fingerprints provided by Fieldprint. Fingerprinting will take place at a Fieldprint location. Effective June 6, 2025, West Virginia company appointment renewal invoices will be available for payment from June 6, 2025, through August 31, 2025. The termination deadline is May 31, 2025. The cost is $25 per appointment per company.
Posted May 06, 2025, Missouri posted a bulletin notifying of an immediate change to the process for insurance producer examinations.
Effective immediately, those seeking to schedule an insurance examination may only take the test in a physical testing center. Online proctoring is no longer available for new reservations. Scheduled OnVue appointments will be honored through May 18, 2025.

Posted April 28, 2025, New Hampshire posted a bulletin about updating guidance around reporting administrative actions to the New Hampshire Insurance Department. These actions must be reported within 30 days of final disposition. Criminal prosecutions must be reported within 30 days of the initial pretrial hearing. Licensees are also required to disclose such matters when applying for or renewing a license.
New Hampshire Insurance Department allows licensees to satisfy disclosure requirements in either of the following ways: • Upload the relevant documents to the attachment warehouse of the NIPR • Mail the relevant documents to the New Hampshire Insurance Department, to the attention of the Licensing Division.

Effective July 11, 2025, Alaska will offer the Pharmacy Benefit Manager license class to be processed electronically. The initial and renewal fee is $300.
