• Health -> Accident & Health or Sickness
• Rules for allowed Designated Responsible Producer/Person entered on applications
• Fees for 
• Pharmacy Benefit Manager (Initial, Reinstatement, and Renewals)
• $300.00 -> $2000.00
• Third-Party Administrator (Initial, Reinstatement, and Renewals)
• $300.00 -> $20000.00

All electronic processing of applications for Alaska will be turned off starting January 8, 2026, at 4 PM Central Time. Processing is expected to resume on January 9, 2026, at approximately 12:00 PM Central Time. Any applications submitted during this timeframe will be declined.
