AgentSync will provide Customer with reasonable technical support services in accordance with AgentSync’s standard policy and practice set forth below. AgentSync will provide technical support to Customer via e-mail and telephone on weekdays during the hours below, except AgentSync holidays*. Customer may initiate a helpdesk ticket during Support Hours by using the email address or Help Center link below.
