Florida Effective immediately, Florida offers the Customer Service Rep License Class.

Alaska Providers must update courses From November 23, 2022, - January 15, 2023, in order to comply with new training requirements, which marks the beginning of CE compliance. January 15, 2023 - July 15, 2023, will be the window for Producers to become compliant with the new requirements.
