Iowa Effective January 12, 2023, Iowa has updated its retaliatory fees for initial appointments.

Nebraska Effective February 10, 2023, Nebraska will offer Insurance Producer Pet on the PDB and will update appointment retaliatory fees.

New York Effective immediately the ELANY eliminates reporting elements from parts of excess line affidavits.

Puerto Rico Effective February 10, 2023, Puerto Rico will no longer require the Producer's SSN for Appointments and Terminations. The NPN will be required. Tax ID (FEIN) will still be required for business entities.

Oklahoma Effective February 16, 2023, PSI will be the new exam administrator for Oklahoma.

Delaware Effective February 10, 2023, Delaware will no longer require the Producer's SSN for Appointments and Terminations. The NPN will be required.

Maryland Effective January 6, 2023, Maryland will no longer require Producer's SSN for Appointments and Terminations. The NPN will still be required.

U.S. Virgin Islands Effective February 10, 2023, US Virgin Islands will no longer require the Producer's SSN for Appointments and Terminations. The NPN will be required. Tax ID (FEIN) will still be required for business entities.

Kansas After a temporary delay, the Kansas appointment renewal window is now live
December 16
Hawaii Those with a Hawaii application expiration date of December 16, 2022, will be extended to December 21, 2022, due to a system update needed.
