On Nov. 18th, 2022, Kansas will decrease their fingerprint fee from $60 to $50 for Insurance Producers.
Effective Jan 1., 2023, Georgia will offer a late renewal with associated fees for both resident and nonresidents in the following License Classes: Principal Agency, Branch Agency, Rental Company, Retail Vendors of PEI, Self-Storage Provider. The late renewal period will be 15 days. After this period, one must reapply. The fee is $15.

The updates will reflect the best interest standards for annuity sales based on the National Association of Insurance Commissioners Suitability in Annuity Transactions Model. The updates result in a one time, 4 credit training course.
