Kansas On Nov. 18th, 2022, Kansas will decrease their fingerprint fee from $60 to $50 for Insurance Producers.
January 01
Georgia Effective Jan 1., 2023, Georgia will offer a late renewal with associated fees for both resident and nonresidents in the following License Classes: Principal Agency, Branch Agency, Rental Company, Retail Vendors of PEI, Self-Storage Provider. The late renewal period will be 15 days. After this period, one must reapply. The fee is $15.

Wyoming Wyoming updates the TPA requirements for initial licensing and renewals that are effective immediately. Expand for a summary of the requirements and to view the original document.

Wyoming The updates will reflect the best interest standards for annuity sales based on the National Association of Insurance Commissioners Suitability in Annuity Transactions Model. The updates result in a one time, 4 credit training course.

Illinois The invoice renewal period is November 2, 2022, 8 AM CST until January 2, 2023, 4 PM CST. The deadline for terminations is October 27, 2022. After an appointment is renewed, the new date displayed on the PDB will be December 31, 2023.

Colorado Effective Nov. 3rd, 2022, Colorado will adjust their licensing fees to remain in compliance with statutory requirements.

Oregon Effective as of September 9, 2022, Oregon began to offer renewals for Pharmaceutical Sales Representative. This is for Resident and No Home State Renewals.

Kentucky This update notes that KY will only accept Premium Tax Annual Reconciliation Report reports filed via the direct upload to the Departments eServices portal. Any other methods will not be accepted.

Kentucky Kentucky has put out a bulletin that states the Department will no longer accept Premium Tax Annual Reconciliation Reports filed anywhere other than the Department's own direct eService upload.
