Florida has activated their application for companies and adjusting firms to apply for emergency adjuster licenses due to Hurricane Ian. Direction to apply are included in the attachement.
Beginning on October 14, 2022, Delaware will populate the Original Appointment Date. Previously they were populating the appointment effective date in the PDB.
Beginning on October 14, 2022, Oklahoma will populate the Original Appointment Date. Previously they were populating the appointment effective date in the PDB.
Beginning on October 14, 2022, Kansas will populate the Original Appointment Date. Previously they were populating the appointment effective date in the PDB.
Beginning on October 14, 2022, Connecticut will populate the Original Appointment Date. Previously they were populating the appointment effective date in the PDB
Beginning on October 14, 2022, Vermont will populate the Original Appointment Date. Previously they were populating the appointment effective date in the PDB.
Effective immediately, Idaho will no longer requires affiliations for producers, but will require all individuals and entities to be appointed with their carriers
Beginning on November 8, 2022, through November 16, 2022, Hawaii will be completing the State Based Systems conversation and will be shut off.
Effective October 14, 2022, resident Public Adjuster must have all Continuing Education requirements completed in order to submit resident renewal applications.
Starting on October 14, 2022, Iowa will add the Travel line of authority for Resident License, Nonresident License, Resident Renewal, and Nonresident Renewals. Application and renewal fees will be $50.
