Effective immediately the ELANY eliminates reporting elements from parts of excess line affidavits.
The following information will no longer be reported for declinations:

- Name of Representative Declining Risk
- Reasons the insurer declined to underwrite risk
- Affiliation of Representative: Company Employee, Agent, Other
