Posted May 26, 2026, The Surplus Line Association of California has announced that an Export List hearing will take place via video conference and teleconference at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time on June 24, 2026.

The hearing will consider requests to add the following coverages to the Export List:

1\. Private, Primary Flood—Personal

2\. Private, Primary Flood—Commercial

3\. Private, Primary, Residential Flood Insurance

4\. Cyber Insurance

5\. Technology Errors & Omissions/Cyber Insurance

6\. Track Vehicles—Auto Physical Damage
