M3 Insurance, a Wisconsin-based insurance agency, partnered with AgentSync in 2020 to modernize its producer licensing processes and gain better control over compliance processes. From black box to full control
Before AgentSync, M3 Insurance wasn’t doing all of its producer licensing manually, but that doesn’t mean compliance was real-time, automated, or transparent. Even with a compliance solution in place, Kim Lockwood, M3 Insurance’s Carrier Relations Coordinator who manages licenses for the agency’s P&C agents, spent too much time and energy wondering about producers’ licensing statuses.
Lockwood recalls that she could just send a request off to the vendor for a license.
