Rhode Island CE Required for Certain Adjuster Licenses
Effective January 1, 2026, Rhode Island will begin requiring continuing education (CE) for the following license classes:
- Company Adjusters
- Independent Adjusters
- Resident Public Adjusters
For Company/Independent Adjusters, the CE will be required for resident applicants and any applicants who designate Rhode Island as the Designated Home State.
