South Dakota Retaliation Fee Update
Effective October 10, 2025, South Dakota will update the non resident renewal retaliatory fees for the following states: Delaware and Nebraska. The updated fees will be applied to applicants who expire after December 31, 2025.
Delaware
- Renewal currently is $100.00, and will change to $125.00
- Late Renewal fee currently is $200.00, and will change to $250.00
Nebraska
- Renewal currently is $50.00, and will change to $100.00
- Late Renewal fee currently is $100.00, and will change to $200.00
