Effective August 1, 2025, Nevada requires all applicants who require fingerprinting to use the new “Fingerprint Authorization Form”.  

This change is to better comply with requirements set by the Nevada Department of Public Safety and the FBI. These changes are also being made to reduce waiting time for application approval. Please see the attachment for more information.
