April 1, 2025 - June 30, 2025
Individual producers with resident license - $80
Business entity/agencies with resident license - $200
Individual producers with non-resident license - $100
Business entity/agencies with non-resident license - $240
All appointments will expire if not paid in full by close of business June 30, 2025 (3:00 pm Eastern Time).
