Alabama Title Agent Fee Increase, Surplus Line Proof of Bond Upload
Effective October 1, 2024, Alabama will update "Title Insurance Agent" fees for resident renewals. Surplus Line Brokers are now required to upload proof of bond to the NIPR Attachment Warehouse as part of the renewal process for Alabama.
