Guam to Open Company Appointment Renewal Invoices Beginning in April 1, 2024
Effective, April 1, 2024 through June 30, 2024, Guam will make invoices available for Companies / Firms. Below is important information about the renewal period:
- Renewals to be electronically processed, do not send to Guam Department of Revenue and Taxation
- Termination notices must be received prior to 11:59 PM Central on March 25, 2024
- Invoices to be generated March 26, 2024 and appointments with a July 1, 2024 expiration will be included on the invoice
- After July 1, 2024, companies cannot remove appointments from invoice
- Appointments submitted on or after March 25, 2024 will have a July 1, 2025 expiration date
- All appointments to be canceled if invoice not paid by June 30, 2024 at 4 PM Central
- $25 Producer Appointment Renewal Fee from April 1, 2024 through June 30, 2024
