Virginia will charge a reinstatement fee for an LOA if the license associated was already renewed and the LOA was within a year of its expiration date.
**All fees apply to both Residents and Nonresidents and both Individuals and Business Entities. **
- Insurance producer: $10/LOA + $20 reinstatement fee
- Consultants: $10/LOA + $20 reinstatement fee
- Limited Lines Producer/Limited Lines Firm: $10/LOA + $20 reinstatement fee
