Maryland Insurance Administration Releases Bulletin on Code of Maryland Regulations Revisions for Comment
On January 9, 2024, Maryland Insurance Administration released bulletin No. 24-2 for Code of Maryland Regulations notifying title insurers, title insurance agencies, and title insurance producers writing title insurance about 2022 legislative session amendments.
Numerous amendments include notification requirements for insurers in relation to finding producers or agencies who participate in prohibited activities. Please see attached document for full details.
