Rhode Island Updates General Requirements for Adjuster License
Rhode Island added conditions to which a Resident or Nonresident may obtain an Adjuster License, and bypass the written examination effective January 1, 2023.
- A Nonresident that holds certification may be issued an adjuster license if they pass a proctored exam and fulfill any other requirements for the Department of Business Regulation.
- A Resident may bypass the written examination if they pass a proctored exam and fulfill any other requirements for the Department of Business Regulation.
