Upcoming Changes

Oregon Offering Public Adjuster

Effective August 15, 2025, Oregon will be offering a Public Adjuster license class. Oregon will also allow updating the Designated Responsible License Producer electronically and removing background questions required for licensing.

Idaho TPA Renewal Period Update

Effective August 15**, **2025**,** Idaho will update its renewal period for Third Party Administrators (TPA) to 60 days before the license expiration date.

Arizona Adding New License Status Reasons for Inactive Licenses

Effective August 15, 2025, Arizona's Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions (DIFI) will start displaying the following new license status reasons on why a license is inactive:  - Inactive - DIFI - Staff Inactive – Relocation

Puerto Rico TPA PDB Display and Electronic Licensing

Effective August 15, 2025, Puerto Rico will start displaying Third Party Administrator license classes on the Producer Database and will allow electronic application submissions for initial and renewal applications as a resident and nonresident.  Puerto Rico will also be updating the contact email address for Puerto Rico to [regulado@ocs.pr.gov](mailto:regulado@ocs.pr.gov)

Louisiana Amends CE Requirements

Effective August 1, 2025, Louisiana amends the CE requirements for the following license classes: Producers, Consultants, Claims Adjusters, and Public Adjusters. New Mexico Requesting Comments for Proposed CE Requirements
