Effective August 15, 2025, Puerto Rico will start displaying Third Party Administrator license classes on the Producer Database and will allow electronic application submissions for initial and renewal applications as a resident and nonresident. 
Puerto Rico will also be updating the contact email address for Puerto Rico to regulado@ocs.pr.gov
