Wyoming Updates Lines of Business That Were Exempt
Posted January 22, 2026, Wyoming posted a bulletin that previously in past notifications, certain lines of business were exempt from the insurance code.
With this latest bulletin, that is no longer the case, and any insurer who wishes to do or continue to do business in Wyoming shall follow all applicable provisions of the insurance code. Please see the attachment for more information
