Washington Will Start Processing Business Entity Address Change Electronically
Effective December 13, 2024, Washington will allow Business Entities to process address change updates electronically. Additionally, existing individual address change processing rules will be updated.
- Washington resident business licensees may change the state code of mailing address. Applicants must maintain a business address in Washington.
- Washington requires a TAX ID to be submitted
- PO Box is not permitted in the business address field as a business license
- PO Box is permitted in the mailing address field
- Business address state code as a nonresident may not be changed. Applicant must contact Washington directly.
