Washington DRLP, Affiliation, and Reinstatement Rule Updates
Effective December 12, 2025, Washington will update their business rules. These changes include:
- Allowing reinstatements
- Fees associated with reinstatement
- Designated Responsible Licensed Producer requirements
- Affiliation requirements
