The Pennsylvania Insurance Department Licensing Bureau Announces Electronic Form Submission Licensing Process
Effective January 1, 2024, The Pennsylvania Insurance Department Licensing Bureau will allow application change forms to be sent electronically. Includes changes to the following:
- Designated Licensee or Surplus Lines Affiliation
- Self Storage Service Location
- Fictitious or DBA Name
- Business entity address change
Forms will be available on January 1, 2024. Please see attached for additional information and payment details.
