On January 9, 2024, the New Hampshire Insurance Department sent a reminder for all producers who hold surplus lines about updated filing instructions and requirements.
Below are some important dates to keep in mind:
- Filings are due by the 10th of the following month
- Annual statements due by January 31, 2024
