Effective February 16, 2023, PSI will be the new exam administrator for Oklahoma.
Effective February 10, 2023, Delaware will no longer require the Producer's SSN for Appointments and Terminations. The NPN will be required.
Effective January 6, 2023, Maryland will no longer require Producer's SSN for Appointments and Terminations. The NPN will still be required.
Effective February 10, 2023, US Virgin Islands will no longer require the Producer's SSN for Appointments and Terminations. The NPN will be required. Tax ID (FEIN) will still be required for business entities.
After a temporary delay, the Kansas appointment renewal window is now live
Those with a Hawaii application expiration date of December 16, 2022, will be extended to December 21, 2022, due to a system update needed.
Beginning on January 13, 2023, the license number on the current PDB record on submitted appointments and terminations must match the appointer's license.
~~Effective January 13th New York will be adding new non uniform questions for resident and nonresident renewal applications. ~~ Effective March 10, 2023, New York removed the NUQ previously added.
During the SBS switch, Hawaii had an issue with migration for some Personal Lines and Surety appointments. Those appointments have been migrated back over to SBS.
Michigan will be adding new mapping for "Fire" and updating the mapping for "Turkey Crop and Hail."
