ND has announced their appointment renewal dates for 2023
Effective immediately, Wyoming has updated its list of Designated Home States
Beginning on February 1, 2023, PSI will be the exam vendor for Nebraska.
Effective February 10, 2023, Utah will allow for the submission of Title appointments and terminations and will allow Nonresident Producer licensees who hold a Title line of authority to renew their license via the NIPR Gateway.
Effective February 11, 2023, Utah will allow producers to apply and renew PET insurance license for residents and nonresidents via NIPR Gateway.
Effective February 10, 2023, Kansas will require business entity applicants for Pharmacy Benefit Manager (NRL and NRR) to provide a Responsible Person in response to the state specific NUQ.
This change was announced effective October 1, 2022, in a notification on August 25, 2022, but was not fully enforced.
Beginning on January 25, 2023, Idaho will be removing roughly 170,000 inactive licenses.
Kansas has proposed legislation which will lower the surplus tax rate from 6% to 3%
