New Jersey has released their 2023 appointment renewal dates. Dates for the appointment renewals are 4/1/2023 until 6/5/2023. The termination deadline is 3/27/2023
New Hampshire has made several updates to their CE requirements.
Effective April 14, 2023, Illinois will be offering No Home State for initial licensing and renewals. In addition, Illinois will be adding the following license classes for electronic processing. California announced new coverage codes for Surplus Lines filers. See attachment for details.
As of February 14th, 2023, Hawaii added appointment mapping for Travel and Car Rental for companies that hold Marine and Transportation, and Vehicle.
Effective March 17, 2023, Missouri will offer a Travel Business Entity License class for Resident, Nonresident, Resident Renewal, and Nonresident Renewals.
Effective March 10th, 2023, Nevada will no longer require reapplication fees for Resident License, Nonresident License and Nonresident Adjuster License applications.
DC has announced their 2023 company appointment renewal period. The renewal period will be March 3, 2023 – May 31, 2023 Termination Deadline is February 24th, 2023
Effective February 15 2023, PSI will be Oklahoma's new exam vendor.
Effective March 10th, 2023, several retaliatory fees will update for multiple states. Fees will be decreasing for most.
