On April 1, 2024, Maryland issued a bulletin to notify all title insurers, title insurance agencies, and title insurance producers writing title insurance in Maryland of relevant code changes. See attachment.

Effective May 01, 2024, Nebraska company appointment renewal invoices will be available for payment through July 31, 2024. The Renewal period is May 1, 2024 to July 31st, 2024. The termination deadline for any appointment not to be renewed is April 25th, 2024.
Effective July 1, 2024, Indiana is adding specific training requirements that will apply to resident and nonresident annuity producers.
Effective March 18, 2024, Guam has assigned all active companies a new Guam Company Number. The new Company Number can be looked up using the “Lookup Button” on the SBS website or see attached Company List. NAIC Company Number (NAIC CoCode) remains the same. The Producer Database was updated Sunday, March 17, 2024 Central (Monday, March 18, 2024 CHST). For more information on company number changes, please see the attached GU Implementation Flyer.
Connecticut has announced 2024 Appointment Renewal Dates. See attached
Effective April 12, 2024, Wisconsin will make a significant update in the classification of Risk Purchasing Group and Rate Service Organization. These will transition from being recognized as company types to distinct license classes. This change will specifically affect Resident Licensing, Resident Licensing Renewals, Nonresident Licensing, and Nonresident Licensing Renewals, and it will be applicable exclusively to business entities.
On March 12, 2024, Wyoming issued a notice regarding renewal required documentation and updated renewal date for TPA licenses. See attachment.
