Effective January 8, 2026, North Dakota will add Pharmacy Benefit Manager as a new license class for firms. This new license class can be processed as a: - Resident Licensing / Resident Licensing Renewal - Nonresident Licensing / Nonresident Renewal - Nonresident Licensing No Home State / Nonresident Renewals No Home State
Effective January 1, 2026, Rhode Island will begin requiring continuing education (CE) for the following license classes: - Company Adjusters - Independent Adjusters - Resident Public Adjusters
For Company/Independent Adjusters, the CE will be required for resident applicants and any applicants who designate Rhode Island as the Designated Home State.
Effective January 1, 2026, Georgia will increase the appointment fee from $20.00 to $25.00 per appointment. Appointments processed in 2025 will be charged the current fee ($20.00), but new appointments processed on or after January 1, 2026, will be at the new rate ($25.00).
