Effective November 14, 2025, Puerto Rico will require Authorized Person Business applications for additional documentation. Puerto Rico is asking that the documents be submitted to regulado@ocs.pr.gov:
- Resident Licensing / Resident Licensing Renewal
- Corporate Resolution
- Criminal Record Certificate
- Assume-Certification
- Debt Certification
- Nonresident Licensing / Nonresident Licensing Renewal
- Corporate Resolution
