Effective April 1, 2025, Guam company appointment renewal invoices will be available for payment from April 1, 2025, through June 30, 2025. The termination deadline is March 25, 2025. The cost is $25 per appointment per Insurance Producer.

Effective February 6th, 2025, Rhode Island will display the Medicare Prescription Drug Plan (Limited) on the Producer Database.
Effective February 20, 2025, Missouri will start displaying the below license classes and lines of authority on the Producer Database. Some of these will be individual, business, or displayed under both entity types.
Effective March 14, 2025, Missouri will process new license classes to be applied electronically for individuals and business entities via the following applications: - Resident Licensing - Non-Resident Licensing - Resident Licensing Renewal - Non-Resident Renewal
Effective January 17, 2025, Illinois moved to in-person exams only. All licensing candidates are encouraged to go to the Pearson Vue Illinois webpage to search for a testing facility near them. Please see the attachment for more information.
Posted January 30, 2025, Maryland posted an FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) answering questions the Insurance Administration received from an earlier bulletin (17-10). The FAQ bulletin addresses: - Payment of premiums by credit card is based on laws prohibiting unfair discrimination in the terms or conditions of insurance for insureds - Insurers may not accept a premium or charge greater or less than the applicable classification and rates filed with the Commissioner or specified by the policy - If an entity or person accepts premium payment by credit card, the service must be made available to all existing and prospective insureds Please see the attachment for more information.
Effective January 31, 2025, Washington will Implement new transaction types to process Name Change (Demographics) updates.
