New Hampshire Providing Guidance Around Reporting Administrative Actions
Posted April 28, 2025, New Hampshire posted a bulletin about updating guidance around reporting administrative actions to the New Hampshire Insurance Department. 
These actions must be reported within 30 days of final disposition. Criminal prosecutions must be reported within 30 days of the initial pretrial hearing. Licensees are also required to disclose such matters when applying for or renewing a license.

New Hampshire Insurance Department allows licensees to satisfy disclosure requirements in either of the following ways:
• Upload the relevant documents to the attachment warehouse of the NIPR
• Mail the relevant documents to the New Hampshire Insurance Department, to the attention of the Licensing Division.
