New York Adds Non Uniform Question for Individuals and Business Entities
~~Effective January 13th New York will be adding new non uniform questions for resident and nonresident renewal applications. ~~
Effective March 10, 2023, New York removed the NUQ previously added.
The question reads, "Have you complied with New York's Department of Financial Services Cybersecurity Regulation (23 NYCRR Part 500)?"
