Effective November 25, 2026, Oklahoma company appointment renewal invoices will be available for payment through December 31, 2026.

Oklahoma Company Appointment Renewal Rules: 

• Electronic processing through NIPR is mandatory and continuation invoices cannot be paid directly to the state. 
• Failure to remit payment by the due date or late renewal date (if applicable) will result in termination of appointments. The company must submit new appointment requests for each producer appointed. 
• All producers and agencies with active appointments in the Producer Database (PDB), as of November 13, 2026, will be included on the appointment renewal invoices for companies that have active licenses in Oklahoma. 
• Companies may terminate any appointment that should not be included on appointment renewal invoice until November 13, 2026. 
• All appointments submitted on and after November 13, 2026, will not need to be renewed for the current year and will be included on the next renewal cycle in 2027. 
• Once the invoice and list have been generated and made available to the company, the company will not be allowed to terminate any appointments on the list. 
• There is no blackout period for Oklahoma appointments and appointment terminations. Carriers can continue to submit changes throughout the renewal period. NIPR will forward payment and renewal transactions to the state within 24 hours. 
• Appointment Renewal and NIPR processing fees are non-refundable. 
• If an invoice appears to be inaccurate, please contact NIPR Support at support@nipr.com for assistance before submitting payment
• Appointment Renewal Fee is $30 per appointment.
