Posted April 11, 2025, North Dakota is moving towards combining the North Dakota Securities Department and the Insurance Department. This merger will:
- Seek to simplify licensing/compliance
- Efficient enforcement
- Quicker resolution of fraud cases
North Dakota will join 16 other states that have adopted this unified regulatory model. Please see the attachment for more information.
