North Dakota Exam Provider Changes to PSI Effective 3/1
North Dakota Insurance Department is now contracted with PSI Services LLC (PSI) for the examination program. The goal of this partnership is to provide a process for examination and licensing.
The following applies to producer licensing. Licensing for consultants, surplus lines producers, and MGAs are available if you contact the ND insurance department. Here is a list of courses provided:

- Property (Product and Laws)
- Casualty (Product and Laws)
- Personal Lines
- Public Adjuster
- Bail Bonds
- Consumer Credit
- Crop Insurance
