North Dakota Exam Provider Changes to PSI Effective 3/1
North Dakota Insurance Department is now contracted with PSI Services LLC (PSI) for the examination program. The goal of this partnership is to provide a process for examination and licensing.
The following applies to producer licensing. Licensing for consultants, surplus lines producers, and MGAs are available if you contact the ND insurance department. Here is a list of courses provided:
- Life and Annuity (Product and Laws)
- Accident and Health (Product and Laws)
- Property (Product and Laws)
- Casualty (Product and Laws)
- Personal Lines
- Public Adjuster
- Bail Bonds
- Consumer Credit
- Crop Insurance
- Legal Expense
All product and law courses are $64. The rest are $58. For more details on licensing in ND, see the attachment.
