Nevada Title Non Resident Licensing Requirements Update
Effective July 7, 2025, Nevada removed the following licensing requirements for a non resident Title agent.
- The license application must include evidence that the title agent or escrow officer applicant
- Is a resident of Nevada; or
- Resides not more than 50 miles from the state border
