Effective July 17, 2026, Nebraska will be implementing retaliatory fees for Individual Non-Resident Insurance Producers applying for a new license or renewing an existing Non-Resident license and for business entity Non-Resident agencies applying or renewing an Agency, Agency - Travel, or Agency Title license.
