Missouri Insurance Data Security Act Requirements
Posted January 5, 2026, Missouri posted a bulletin to inform and educate the public on the “Insurance Data Security Act”.
Effective January 1, 2026. This act requires a licensee to notify the Director that a cybersecurity event has occurred. Please see the following attachment for more information.
