Louisiana Updates Language Related to Producer Agency Fees
The Language from a June 2017 bulletin has been updated to revise the language "Life and Health Producer" to "Producer licensed for the line of accident and health or sickness". Additionally, they outline how fees related to an individual health insurance policy will be disclosed and more.
