Iowa Adding Travel Agent Licensing Requirements
Effective July 1, 2022, Iowa is adding Travel Agent licensing requirements for both residents and non-residents.
Here is a summary of what is outlined:
- Must be licensed. If you are licensed in a major line of authority as an insurance producer, you do not need to obtain an additional license.
- The form required will require producer information, federal tax number, and a certificate that the register complies with 18 USCA 1033.
