Effective** November 2, 2026, Illinois **company appointment renewal invoices will be available for payment through **January 4, 2027. **Please review important processing information below. 

**Illinois Company Appointment Renewal Rules: ** 

• Only appointments for Limited Lines producers with active licenses on PDB will be renewed. 
• Appointment renewal invoices and the list of appointment renewals due will be available on the NIPR website beginning 8:00 AM Central Time, November 2, 2026, through 4:00 PM Central Time January 4, 2027. NIPR website link is: www.nipr.com 
• Electronic processing through NIPR is mandatory and continuation invoices cannot be paid directly to the state. 
• Companies will be billed for appointments that are active as of October 28, 2026 
• Companies may terminate any appointment that should not be included on appointment renewal invoice until 4:00 PM Central Time, October 26, 2026. 
• All appointments submitted on and after October 26, 2026 will not need to be renewed for the current year and will be included on the next renewal cycle in 2027. 
• NIPR will forward payment and renewal transactions to the state within 24 hours of that payment. 
• Appointment Renewal and NIPR processing fees are non-refundable. 
• If an invoice appears to be inaccurate, please contact NIPR Support at support@nipr.com for assistance **before** submitting payment.
