February 23, 2026, Florida’s Surplus Lines Service Office (FSLSO) issued a notice regarding the following surplus lines insurers being out of compliance.
- **EVERSPAN INDEMNITY INSURANCE COMPANY** - NAIC # 16882
- **FORTEGRA SPECIALTY INSURANCE COMPANY** - NAIC # 16823
- **NAVIGATORS SPECIALTY INSURANCE COMPANY** - NAIC # 36056
- **SPINNAKER SPECIALTY INSURANCE COMPANY** - NAIC # 17045
FSLSO will be removing these carriers from its filing platform on March 3, 2026, if the filing requirement is not met. Please see the attachment for more information.
