Florida Branch Filling During State Of Emergency
Posted September 24, 2024, Florida declared a state of emergency due to Hurricane Helene. Florida also advised about branch filing requirements during a state of emergency regarding using a temporary location.
The registrant should use its best efforts to provide written notification to the Division of Securities no later than five days after relocating. The notice should include the following information: Office address, entities involved, names of registered personnel, and telephone number. Please see the attachment for more information.
