Colorado Pharmacy Benefit Managers to Register Annually
Effective November 15, 2025, Colorado has adopted the following amended regulation: 4-2-97
The purpose of this regulation is to provide the form and manner for a pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) to register annually with Colorado.
