Effective November 13, 2026, the Arkansas Insurance Department ("AID") will be implementing an insurance licensing process change. An applicant who is required to pass an examination for an Arkansas insurance license must successfully complete the required examination before submitting the applicant's license application and criminal background check to the Arkansas Insurance Department.
