Arizona Resident Adjuster Exempt Examination Requirements
On April 8, 2026, Governor Hobbs signed Senate Bill 1415 into law, which becomes effective on September 12, 2026. This legislation amends Arizona law by adding Section 20-321.03, which provides for certain company/staff resident adjusters to obtain an Arizona adjuster license without taking the Arizona adjuster license examination.
