  • **Requirements before January 1, 2026**
    • The applicant must have been an Arizona resident before January 1, 2026.
    • The applicant must have held an active Designated Home State (DHS) license in another state before January 1, 2026, and qualified for the DHS license through a state-approved examination.
  • **Requirements before June 30, 2027**
    • The applicant must submit the application, pay the required fee, and complete fingerprinting before June 30, 2027.
  • Applicants who do not meet the above requirements can still qualify for the Adjuster LOA by taking the AZ Adjuster Exam.
